Sign-Up Account Issues

Every time I click yes, or no thanks, this error message pops up. Now, my MacBook has been a little weird these past few months, so it could be from my end. Any help on this would be great.

Specifically:

Currently when you attempt to unsubscribe from the weekly freeCodeCamp email newsletter, if you happen to have more than one account with the same email address, you will get an error message.

If you do have a duplicate account:
You will need to write to support@freecodecamp.org. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible in the email.
