I LOVE IT! One of really few FFC projects to nclude Elder Scrolls. I also did survey with Gamer approach. I will say try use other font family for the text in the form. Just my personal suggestion. The background, I want start m y character’s adventure! :grin:

Edit: How about experiment with gradients for your form too? Bold colors that relate with the Elder Scrolls franchise.

Welcome to the forums @d3athwish. Your form looks good. Some things to revisit;

  • On using codepen. codepen only expects the code you’d put within the <body> </body> tags in HTML. (No need to include the body tags). For anything you want to add to <head> click on the ‘Settings’ button, then HTML and add it into the ‘Stuff for <head>’ box.
    • The link to your font would go in the box labeled ‘Stuff for <head>’
  • Run your HTML code through the W3C validator. Just copy your HTML and paste it into the ‘Validate by Direct Input’ tab.
    • There are errors you should clean up
  • Make your button look like a button instead of a bar
  • Change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the submit button
