I got the error in the picture. Twice today once I was progressing to the next section and the other when I try to view my certificate. Does anyone have an idea what it is?

You could be having internet connectivity issues that are causing requests to time out occasionally. The server might be undergoing maintenance, be under an unusually heavy load, or something similar. I haven’t seen any announcement that there is a large-scale problem.
You can try signing out, clearing your browser cache (maybe also check if your browser needs to be updated), refreshing, and logging in again. Sometimes the browser can end up in a weird state with its local cache, especially if it has been running for a long time.
