Stop auto refresh in challenge window

I’m working in the challenge page, the page with 3 vertical frames for description, HTML edit and the final render.

How can I turn off auto refresh in the render frame every time there’s an edit in the HTML code? I don’t like the flashing from the constant auto refresh.

There was another thread for turning off auto refresh in code pen. I’m not working in codepen.
