Test is running ok. Site works on desktop and smartphone. All fields are chosen adequat, eg you cannot choose a negative number or e-mail-type is checked correctly. Clicking on text-label at radio/checkboxes selects the correct option. Fonts, colors are ok (I’m not a graphics). No texts are cut-off.
So: good job.
