Not much, if the computer can run chrome it should be capable of running the lessons. For a code editor, it will depend on the program but for VSCode which is pretty popular in web development the suggested specs are here: https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/supporting/requirements
A good internet connection, a comfortable keyboard, and a reasonably sized screen.
