Tech Stack for a new project

Hi Guys,

I hope you can help me. I’m having a new project mobile app, I’m not sure what’s better tech stack. Ill be needing a chat, photo for KYC and docs, and maps. I prefer hybrid like flutter or reactjs…or do I need to use native swift or kotlin. Im coming from web using laravel. For backend specially for The Chat I need real time so im not sure via laravel api will be ok. Any thoughts.

Flutter/RN & Firebase can be a good choice.

I think it makes sense to use the technologies you already know.

So do you think you are able to build some parts of the app with some of your existing skills?
