When I click on the codepen template link in the instruction for “tribute-page”, there isn’t a dropdown menu to select the project.

ALLESS… Thank You for responding! I tried forking the link you provided and the dropdown bar isn’t visible. The discussion page basically showed the user having better luck using a different browser. Not sure what direction I will go from here but I definately appreciate your efforts.
