Hello FCC team,
I’ve completed all the required projects for the Relational Database Certification and passed the exam. However, when I go to my profile and click “Claim Certification,” the button does not respond. On desktop it redirects me to the home page, and on mobile the button is simply unclickable.
Steps I’ve already tried:
- Verified my email
- Checked all projects are marked complete
- Tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
- Cleared cache/cookies
- Tried incognito mode
- Tested on mobile as well
- Make Profile Public as well
- Check thew forum for similar problem and update my name as well
Despite all this, the certificate claim button still doesn’t work. Could this be a site-side bug? Please help me resolve this so I can access my certificate.
