As seen in the image, it says I can get certificate but when I go to setting to claim it says “not completed necessary steps and to complete the required projects “
I have did all of em as well as agreed to the academic policy. Idk why this is happening

I moved your post to its own topic, because the Relational Database V8 certification is separate to the V9 certification which requires the exam to be taken.
Well, now that i check the link, I’m doing v9 but the screenshot says v8 
I only realised it now that you pointed it out.
But yeah I saw the banner randomly but it’s not graded (i thought it was graded since the banner showed but checked now and realized it wasn’t.)

Yeah realized it was an error on my end. Sorry for wasting your time. I claimed it after skimming through the settings.
How do I close it btw? Since it’s my own fault
