Unable to unsubscribe from emails

It has happened multiple times over several weeks. Is this a known issue?

Go to your settings page and click “Off” next to “Send me Quincy’s weekly email”.
This is what it looks like when you’re subscribed:

Thanks. Unfortunately, I have already toggled that off and am still getting emails.
