Hey All, just trying to log into my freecodecamp and verification emails aren’t being received, this only happened after clearing my browser cache, happens on all browsers, any ideas?
if you use that email as primary email address for your github account, or it’s a google account or apple account, you can log in using one of the other methods
if this does not help please write to support@freecodecamp.org
I am also having this issue. I had to create a GitHub account to get in to be able to create my forum account to make this post. I last received a sign in email from team@freecodecamp.org on 11/17/2025 I have checked my spam folder and added them to the bypass list and still receive no new messages.
The GitHub solution is currently working as a work around but I would like a direct solution to the core issue as well.

you can also try to contact your email provided, they may have blocked emails from freeCodeCamp on their server
