Cant log in, not receiving verification email

I’m unable to receive email verification codes for my freeCodeCamp account. My main account email is ****.

Login and signup both stall at “sending verification code” , but no email arrives. I’ve checked spam and waited between retries. I suspect an outlook/hotmail delivery issue. Can an admin help restore access or advise how to change my email?

Also, I was able to receive the verification email for the FCC forum. I also have tried logging in through different browsers and same result.

I am having the same issue, I have hotmail . com email. I wonder if it is due to outlook outage on 01/23/2026.
Question: Were you able to able receive the code prior to 01/23/2026?

I did email that address, but if they responded I am not sure I will get it.

I am also having this issue for the last 2/3 days. I am also having a outlook.com account. Never had this issue before. I am curious if it is an issue with FCC server being overloaded or something ?Because off late, I did find FCC to be quite slow compared to earlier.

Would contacting Microsoft help to resolve this as well? I reported this issue to them but not sure if they will respond.

you can try, but if you contact support in worst case they can help you change to a different email address
