Verification code not arriving to my email

Hello, I already have an active freeCodeCamp account and I am currently taking courses.
The problem is that I do not receive the verification code in my email when I try to log in.
I have checked the spam and promotions folders several times, but the code never arrives.

My account email is: mail redacted.
Could you please help me recover access to my account?
I don’t want to lose my progress in the courses.

if you use that email as your primary address on github you can use the login with github to log in the same account

if that does not work for you please write to support@freecodecamp.org
