I’m trying to view my certificate for completing the “Responsive Web Design” but when I click on “view” it just refreshes and says my profile is now on private. I tried opening to a new tab and a new window but it just put my profile on private each time. I was just wondering what I need to do to view this cert or avoid this issue in the future.

Does it say your profile is now on private? Or, does it say your profile is on private?
The difference being your certification is not viewable if your profile is set to private. In which case, you need to go to your settings, and change:

My profile was on public but my certifications were on private. Everything works great now.
