VS Code HTML and CSS preview not linking

Hi,
I just started today using VS Code, but struggling a lots for CSS code file to show up on HTML preview when using VS Code, sometime it work, sometime it not (just showing the “some content has been disabled in this document”)

This is my workspace:

The preview don’t work, but using the “go live” work; if anyone can help me to solve the problem i will be very thankful.

Are you using “Live Server”? If not, google how to install it on vscode and then run it to view a preview of the site
