Web hosting advice

Can anyone give me any advice please?

Where is the best place for cheap web hosting for a client in the UK. It’s just a single web page that uses a php contact form. He wants hosting for a year + a domain name.

What do you think is a good price to charge for this? (we’ve already come to an agreement over payment for the website itself so just payment for the hosting and domain name is needed.)

I have use different hosting companies and personally finds one.com the best. i buy my domain from them so tend to be first year free and that includes email.
There are some that will only host and the rest is extra.
I have never had any issues with them when it came to hosting.
I believe they are danish based company. Support is good too.
