I would appreciate some feedback on my survey form project, let me know what I can improve on :slight_smile:

Nice survey! I would,

align input boxes together. You could start input boxes on different rows and have labels be on their top.
Make select box as big as other input boxes.

@shimphillip I’ve taken your recommendations into consideration. It does look much cleaner with same-size boxes and a good alignment.

What do you think of the updated version ?

It looks better! I would make few more changes.

Give some space between your other checkbox and input box under it.
Make your submit button change color and change cursor on hover.
