Why do i have limited replies and likes?

I want to have more replies and likes (mostly to get badges), but it won’t let me post anything else or like anything else for the next 21 hours. How can I change that

To prevent spamming, new users are restricted. By being a constructive member of our community, your trust levels will increase over time. If the moderators find that you are creating topics or replies that do not help the community (whether it’s to get badges or for any other reason) your trust level will be reduced and your account may be suspended.
