Hi, I finished my survey form, however something not quite right about it. Does anyone have any feedback for it please?

Its nice but:

Make it wider on smaller screens. Too much margin (5% more)

Put the text ontop of the textarea box… It is weird being next to it.

Thanks for your advice. Think it looks a lot better though, although not altered the margin yet for smaller screens. Will sort that tomorrow. Need my bed now haha
