Tell us what’s happening:

I have completed the module at Microsoft learn. But it is not allowing me to verify the trophy.
After completing the module I renamed my profile name at Microsoft, and again completed the module. Linked the transcript. But after doing all, I am still getting, “Anupam data” has not achieved the trophy at Microsoft learn.
Please help
