A Smarter Way to Learn JavaScript: The new approach that uses technology to cut your effort in half

A Smarter Way to Learn JavaScript: The new approach that uses technology to cut your effort in half by Mark Myers is a book that I recommend to anyone that wants to learn the language and it will work hand on hand with the FCC courses. The book its divided into small chapters. Each concept is carefully broken down and clearly explained. After each chapter you work on about 20 exercises making it a interactive tool that gives you hands-on instructions to facilitate learning JavaScript. Hope you find this review useful, let me know what you think of it and if you have any suggestions. Cheers!

@P1xt I’m about to finish the book I have just a few chapters to complete and yes I had been doing the exercises and they had work fine for me. Yes the site it’s very simple and nothing near to the FCC site but good enough to work on the book chapters. I think the book it’s great for beginners. Now i don’t have many other comparisons. The only other javaScript book that I have it’s JavaScript: The Definitive Guide, 4th Edition which it goes more in dept but more complicated for beginner.
I’m not sure if the website has inprove in the last years. I got the book about 7 months ago. A way we can check is using the Way back machine extension
