All my progress has been wiped out

I am working on my Technical Documentation Project but have not submitted it yet with just one more project left for the Responsive Web Page certificate and now my progress page is at the beginning with 0 everything.

has your username changed also? that would mean it is a different account

there are two possibilities: you have changed the email with which you log in, or there are now two account linked to the same email

please try different log in methods and emails so to be sure that you have not changed accidentally log in method and email address

Thanks. I’ve been trying that put I forget what I used and recently got locked out of both of my Yahoo email accounts after my cell phone was stolen.
