At what point in my learning will I be ready for a front-end web developer job?

Hello,

I’ve begun with the Front-End Development Libraries certification, and I would love to know at what point in the entire FCC curricula will I be ready to start applying for front-end web developer jobs.

HI @nzubeifechukwu !

I think going through the front end section is a start.

But you are still going to need to build projects outside of a class.

Without a CS degree or work experience, your projects are the only way to show employers what you can do.

Building some more complex projects after FCC and deploying websites is your next step.

You can also look at entry level job offers on freelance sites.
When you start thinking: “Hmm, I think I could do that task.” that should mean you are good enough.
