I finished Backend Dev/API projects but the progress disappears as soon as I claimed for certificate.
Someone has posted exactly the same issue last year in the forum but I don’t see any response. What can I do?
Hi folks,
I have completed all the projects for backend certification but I am unable to claim certificate. When submit links, test cases are passing but progress gets lost when go to settings to claim certificate. I have tried submitting using different browsers and in private window as well but progress is not being saved.

If so, would you mind clarifying:certification projects progress which has disappeared?
