Subject: Urgent - Unable to Complete Back End Development and APIs Projects and Claim Certificate

Dear freeCodeCamp Team,

I am writing to you with great frustration and urgency as I have been trying for hours to complete the “Back End Development and APIs Projects” course without success. I have completed all the required projects, but when I try to claim the certificate, the system indicates that I have not finished any projects.

I have tried clearing my cache and trying different browsers (3 in total), but the problem persists. I have checked freeCodeCamp forums and communities, and it seems that this is a recurring problem, with other users reporting the same difficulty. The suggested solution of clearing the cache has not worked in my case.

This situation is causing me great disappointment and makes me question whether to continue my learning at freeCodeCamp. I am aware that I am not the only user experiencing this problem, and I request an immediate solution to be able to complete my course and obtain the corresponding certificate.

I appreciate your attention and hope for a prompt and effective response.

I’m not sure what sort of urgent issue requires you to need an immediate solution, but since it’s Sunday an immediate solution is not likely.

I don’t really know much about this course and cannot help.

I was unable to download the certificates yesterday, but I can do so today. Please close or delete this thread. Thank you for your assistance
