Not able to claim the certifications

Dear freeCodeCamp community,
I have passed all the test projects, and I want to claim the certificate, but when I click on claim the certificate, it says, “It looks like you have not completed the necessary steps. Please complete the required projects to claim the Back End Development and APIs Certification.”
When I go back to the project, only 1/5 is checked, but when I click on the project and run the test, it passes the test. Still, it is unchecked after passing the test.
Help me out, please.
Thanks for giving your time.

can you also share a screenshot of you passing the tests on the projects please?

Project final

It passed all the tests and but it is unchecked. As I can only share one media in freeCodeCamp forum I couldn’t share all the tests but this is the final and last project with out of 5/5 projects done.
Look forward to your response.
Thanks for your willingness to help me.

Can you press this Submit button, then go to the list of projects, and reload, and see if it is checked?

I have clicked on the submit button and click on claim certifications and then I have got “It looks like you have not completed the necessary steps. Please complete the required projects to claim the Back End Development and APIs Certification.”
Please help me by figurign out the situation.
I think it is a system error or I don’t know why is this happening and when go back to my projects to check it is checked, it is unchecked even though I passed the tests successfully.
What shall I do?

Hi @dave2123,

In order to claim a certification, you will need to complete all required projects of that certification. From the screenshot, you have completed 1 out of 5.

I’d suggest checking your internet connection, and maybe clearing browser cache.

Thanks for your support. It works, finally by clearing the catch.

I have the same problem, I already reset cache and nothing, this is the example of the finished activity, additionally the activities that I completed in the JavaScript module do not appear but fortunately I do see the certificate, I hope for your help, best regards.

that’s not a valid source code link, try with your github repo link or something. I wonder if there is a verification of the link that doesn’t allow for the project to be marked as complete

Hi,

same here, all completed and is cleared after f5
after all done:

remove the spaces and add https in the front to open the screens

I did it all from scratch at least 5 times, all the same, what is going on

what links are you submitting? can you try again?

are you kidding)

have you seen the screens? what links are you talking about?

I did it all from scratch at least 5 times

Try again?

or you have an unstable connection and the completion is not being able to reach the servers, or there is something else going on, I was asking to investigate, if you don’t want to share the links you submitted, then that’s up to you

several people reported the same error at the same place and you keep replaying with this weird nonsense, that is weird

I can’t reproduce the issue, on my side everything is fine.
People are not willing to share what they are submitting so I can’t investigate if there is something going on there.

I managed to reproduce the issue, if you submit a link to localhost as source code it will fail consistently, if you submit a link to a github repo it succeds every time. So please excuse me if I wanted to investigate what links you were submitting.

If you submit a proper source link code it will work.

already solved it, end of story

The issue has been discovered, invalid source links fail silently on submission. If you are having this issue please submit a proper source code link like a github repo link it will successfully submit.

I’m happy you solved it, but now you can see why all the details are needed to properly investigate an issue. Thank you for your collaboration!
