Best Free Resources for Learning UI/UX and Web Design?

Hey everyone :wave: :smile:

So I’m aware this question has been asked before, but that was years ago, so I figure more/better resources might have come up. What are the best places to learn UI/UX and web design for free, like how fCC is for programming? fCC does cover design to some extent, but it’s relatively limited.

codeacademy, but its not completly free

you should be able to find design courses if you search for them, I don’t have one to recommend tho
