Hi, I have experienced this multiple times now, I am aware that the course is in Beta, however, every time I finish a challenge, I come back and find out that the challenge has been reset, making that project incomplete once more.
the steps are still being changed, that means removing or adding them or reordering them, all of which can give changes to your completion, you can ignore that if you want, and just keep going: as long as your final projects are good you can continue
