Tell us what’s happening:

I continually have this problem where after each project is finished, or even sometimes before then, I find that parts of the project I have already finished are somehow marked uncomplete. For example:

I’m currently working on Learn Typography by Building a Nutrition Label in the Responsive Web Design Certificate. I finished the whole thing then found that Steps 1-51 are still marked as complete, but 52-61 have somehow been marked incomplete again. Steps 62-68 are still complete.

This is usually how it occurs. Somewhere in the middle of the project doesn’t stay complete. I don’t know if its happening for others, but please look into this admins! Thanks.

I know what you mean. How it works with me is usually a long loading delay between steps, followed by a blue banner from the top letting me know the server should not be reached and my progress may not be saved. Here’s a screenshot of the banner:

Is this something you experience? What I do is simply go in and resubmit my code for each missing step. I do not have to retype my code. It’s saved in local storage, I presume. I only have resubmit it by pressing the button. It’s not much of a problem for me because of this.

If you’re noticing you have to retype your code, then it’s a different issue that I have not experienced.
