Can i re-sumit Responsive Web Design Projects?

Hi, I want help!
I have submitted my project link, some saved on codepen.io, some I public on github. I deleted them and re-uploaded them to codepen, but I can’t update them again. All my certificates are 404 not found. What do I have to do?
How do I re-upload the new codepen link to the certificate?

submit the project in the project page and the link will be substituted in your certificate
