Can I skip Web development and directly start with Machine learning here in FCC?

Can i directly start with “scientific computing with Python” course here in FCC. Actually I am not interested in web development part. So can I directly start with there and continue till Machine learning course ???

yes definitely, start wherever you feel comfortable for your level of experience
