Can I use vs code for my projects?

I am doing the last project for the javascript class and I wanted to type it in vscode because I find that vs code is a better platform to write code in compared to writing it in the browser.

But I am concerned that the website might detect if I copy and paste a bunch of code I write in vscode and my project will be falsely flagged for plagiarism or cheating.
I am banking my entire future on being a web developer so It would absolutely be the end of the world if I have any stains on my professional reputation, so that is why I am asking this question.

Does anyone know if that will happen? Is it safe to write my project in vscode and copy paste it into the browser?

You can copy back and forth between VSCode and the fCC editor. Just don’t copy other people’s code.

I won’t copy other peoples code. I was just worried that there was an automated system that will flag my project for copy pasting my own code.
