Hi! The survey looks great! I really like the background color and the use of border between your heading and the survey form. The only thing I noticed was that your comments text box doesn’t have a label while all of the other text inputs do. Just my .02, but over all looks great!

In terms of your markup, it looks good. Now looking at your color choices is a different story they clash hella hard. Learning color theory is probably your best bet for making great color choices.

But maybe i think “required” must be input property not their placeholder,
anyway it looks good.
