overall looks nice and consistent!
One thing that I would look into is, in the nav bar, making the clickable area of the links bigger. For example you can quickly compare how your navbar behaves vs FCC’s forum navbar does.
It’s better if it’s possible to click some area around the text as well.
Now I am not 100% sure what’s the best method to do that, but in my case I just increased the <a> padding. It works but I am sure that it’s not the best method.

About the nav I guess it’s just a matter of taste. Initially, I did the clickable area around the links bigger but I didn’t like it entirely.
