Coursera has a specialization that group 6 of the SEO courses:
- Introduction to Search Engine Optimization
- Search Engine Optimization Fundamentals
- Optimizing a Website for Search
- Advanced Content and Social Tactics to Optimize SEO
- Advanced Search Engine Optimization Strategies
- Website Optimization Client Report Project
As a general rule, specializations in Coursera are not free, but the single courses, if you manage to find them, they can be audited without spending money (but you won’t receive the certificate or be able to do the graded assignments).
I haven’t tried them by myself but other users on FCC said that they were good.
Start from your own site. At the first stage, you need to know about on-page SEO. Yes, with simple on-page SEO tricks you would able to rank your site at search engines in better way. In the same token, if you want to explore about the off-page SEO then you see how other SEO providers working to rank the sites of their clients. In this regard, you just need to read their projects. See this source https://www.socialpanda.com.au/search-engine-optimisation/. Like how many guest posts, forum posts, directory submission and other links they are offering in their basic plans. Also, what is their range of do-follow and no-follow backlinks. Niche relevancy of backlinks also matters.
Secondly, you should read these fast SEO tips by Brian Deans from here https://backlinko.com/learn-seo-fast. To get better advice about SEO, I usually follow him.

I have been following Neil Patel and brain dean’s blogs for the last 3 years when I was a newbie in SEO. I think they have very helpful stuff regarding SEO on their blogs.
