How do you reply to a topic?

I wanted to add a reply to freeCodeCamp Challenge Guide: Confirm the Ending, and it looks like it’s open, but I don’t see how to add a reply:

The guide topics are closed for contributions from users. If you have a question or would like to suggest a change to the solution or hints, then your best bet is to open a fresh topic and link to the guide topic.
