How to link a slider

hello I have a beginner’s question. I have a slider with three folders (css, js, scss) and an html file. And I can´t link it to my web in the body. How can I do it? Thank you in advance

if you want to add the slider to your html file you need to add the relevant files the slider uses. Meaning, you need to load the javascript file and add a link to the stylesheet.
