Html video background

Hello there, I am trying to find out the best possible way to create a video background for my web page.

Does anyone have experience of is it better to use video tag in html or stream it via youtube.

And do you have any good tutorials of how to add it via youtube? I tried to google it but did not find any thing of use.

I’ve done video backgrounds only using video element. Youtube videos will need to be embedded inside of iframe which makes it difficult to be displayed as bg video.
