Video or Gif as a background

Hello Everyone,

For Responsive Web Design Project - Build a Tribute Page, does anyone know how to set video or gif as background for the page?

Also, how do I get the source of the video for HTML? Let’s say I have a video saved on my desktop and would like to set it as background for page, how do I get the source of that video?
