What kind of videos do you intend to watch from fCC?
If it’s the English for Developers Certification's videos, than you certainly can:
“In this English for Developers Curriculum, you’ll learn the essentials of English communication. This will follow the A2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). And we’ve focused on vocabulary that is particularly useful for developers.”
If you mean other content, like for example the courses and tutorials on fCC’s YT channel, then it might be a bit more challenging. It depends on your level. I would recommend trying it and seeing if you can follow along. It’s mostly technical language, coding terms etc, which are pretty much universal, and besides there’s live illustration of their work, so I think you might.
