Do I really need to learn every programming language used for backend development like “Java, Php, C++, Phyton, ect.” to become a full-time backend developer?
you need to learn how backend work in general, and whatever you need for the job, not all the langauges
Oh so you’re saying as long as i know java only im doing good?
I don’t know, it depends on your goals, but you never need to learn all the languages

The first step is to have a very good understanding and strong experience with development in one language. Learning an additional language after that point will significantly improve your opportunities because it forces you to generalize your knowledge and it demonstrates that you can pick up a new language as needed.
