For example after HTML and CSS. Or not. Actually, during them. It’s very hard to get any lasting skills when just going through the exercises.
You create your own projects. Or get some freelance work. That’s the point of doing this.

Build a Tribute Page and Build a Personal Portfolio Webpage can both be done with simple HTML and CSS. You can put placeholders or dummy projects in the portfolio. I wouldn’t stress over the content of either one, as you’re free to change them or start them over whenever you want.
Oh yeah, don’t forget to get set for their Front End Development Projects first.
