Unable to start Virtual Machine!

I Started the course (Learn Bash Scripting by Building Five Programs - Build Five Programs) on Saturday. When I was about 70% done, I needed to stretch my legs and the server went off. Since then, I’ve not been able to login back.

I have tried all the options stated here but none yielded a desirable result. This is the last option I have. Kindly help out.
