I was 70% + through the Bash Scripting part of the course, and an unexpected close of the browser happened, and whenever I go back the files are there but the tutorial wants me to start from the beginning (i.e. its not registering my progress) anyone know how I can turn this one around? or do I need to start afresh ?

When you open your project again did you clicked on start new course by any chance?

Hi, @wizardinaction , welcome to the FCC forum! Every time you click on start new project a new VM is ran, therefore a new project is opened. Try clicking on ''your Gitpod dashboard" link: [image] It should lead you to a screen where your projects are located. From there you can open the one you want it and continue from where you stop. There is another post of a fellow who was experiencing the same issue:

I am afraid, at this time, there is no solution that leads to a recovery of progress. If your browser somehow logged you out of freeCodeCamp, your effort and work upto that point will not be acknowledged in any form by CodeRoad. That’s my experience.
