Hello @Brasley-web As you, I have experienced that situation. I have spent quite some effort to figure out the reason behind to avoid the loss of my progress. It turns out that it has to do with coderoad how it depends of your browser to save the information. In the case of using gitpod, if the gitpod cookie or data gets clean, in your browser, (my browser cleans cookies when I close it) your progress is forfeited. Yes, looks like an issue with CodeRoadStart. The tutorial is reset and I follow the instructions but get an error. I have had to start the tutorial 2 times ad going for a third time.

I am very sorry for the experience. I know how you feel. The only portion of advise I can give you is to make sure that your browser doesn’t have any add-on that stops cookies, or that your browser accepts them and keep them after closing it. Beyond that, I know that some people is looking at these reports and hopefully they can find a cause to prevent it from happening.

Are you getting this error by any chance?

Try checking these settings in the extensions menu for CodeRoad, it seems to be working for me
