The link you require is that of the working web page powered by your code. To get it, click on ‘Show Live’ near the top of the code editor screen. A new tab will open. The url of this tab is the one you need to paste into FCC for testing.
It’s so weird that we don’t have random codes as id.
It’s always the name of the project followed by glitch.me. In your case: https://app-first-fcc.glitch.me
