I am looking for a program/software I can use to give me a viewer as I am building the website. Does something like this exist?
I got a asked to design a website from scratch and i am having issues finding a suitable program/software to use for it.
I use visual studio code with an extension that enable’s me to live view my project.

Hello!
Another option would be using Webflow or Wordpress with Elementor. Both are mainly aimed at designers and the websites you build with them aren’t the fastest in the universe. However they can help you to build smaller websites quick with visual editors.

I have been giving it a try, it’s pretty great! I can’t seem to find where i can enter details on my stylesheet though. Is that another extension?
Not sure I understand the question. It should give you live feedback on any CSS changes you make. Did you link to the stylesheet correctly?
Another option is the Live Preview extension if you prefer to have the preview inside the editor.
