any feed back on the quality of the site and the content?

Maybe make the nav bar fixed so user can navigate around the sections without having to scroll to click menu items.
The image of you does not scale down (responsive) when browser width goes below 768px. I couldn’t see any media queries so not sire why it jumps at that point…?
Background seems a little ‘busy’ due to the transparencies. just my own opinion but can you either reduce the opacity or soften background image?
again this is just my personal opinion and I’m not a designer!!!
