Do I have to learn first a C++ before I start to learn a JavaScript?
Or I can straight away go for JS?
And who knows from where I can learn JS as quickly as possible?

C++ and JavaScript are completely different languages, you can totally learn them separately
If you want to learn JavaScript you are in the right place!
On the FreeCodeCamp curriculum, the first certificate is for learning HTML and CSS, the second certificate is JavaScript, and the others are about combining HTML, CSS and JavaScript for web development

Anyway, it is highly suggested that you incorporate knowledge by other sources, if you search the forum you will find many sources linked
